I’ve been cutting my own hair (or having my wife do it) for over 10 years. I’ve got pretty coarse hair and we’ve yet to find a pair of clippers that we really like.
THE GOOD:
- Low vibration is comfortable for your hands and wrists
- Cordless means you can cut your hair in the back yard and not make a mess
- Comes with a nylon carrying bag
- Cool and stylish looking compared to other clippers in it’s class
THE BAD:
- Significantly more expensive than cheaper clippers that work better
- No tapered left and right guide combs (almost every kit on the market comes with these, we were surprised to find them lacking)
- The guide combs are difficult to put on and pry off (could have been solved with a simple tab to grab onto)
- Manufacturer recommends charging for 8 hours before use
- After 8 hours of charging, the battery lasted 20 minutes, barely long enough for a haircut.
OTHER NOTES:
- The swivel design is a cute gimmick but doesn’t seem to make any difference when using the guide combs. For close cutting it helped a bit.
- The base stand is just extra plastic. You can plug the cord directly into the back of the clippers and throw away the stand.
We returned these clippers after the 2nd use.

I have only used them once so far, so I can’t say if they will last, but so far so good. I used them to cut my 4 month old’s hair which is super fine baby hair, and it worked wonderfully. It was quiet and quick. Has plenty of attachments for different lengths. I will update should anything change.

I have owned 3 beard trimmers now and this is by far the best one!
I have had the Norelco T7500 and LOVED IT but the re-chargeable NiCal battery died and I could find a replacement anywhere for it! It was basically a pre-sessor to this with out the pollished off look! It had A LOT of similar qualities to this Bed Head 360.
The Second trimmer I bought, and wish I hadn’t! was the Remington Titanium MB70 Vacuum trimmer. While I enjoyed the look better than the Norelco T7500 the quality was far superior in the Norelco T7500. The Vacuum feature is more of a gimmick than a feature… While it did vacuum some trimming up, you still find yourself cleaning up after use. The Titanium blade is CRAP! While it was sharp when I bought it, I found 6 months later it was snagging on my beard. And with titanium blade you cannot use lubricant! CRAPPY! Also I hated the fact that when the battery was fading I couldn’t just ‘plug and keep shaving’ you needed to turn the trimmer off… and let it charge before the motor got stronger. Not the case with This trimmer. The second it snagges due to lack of battery you can ‘charge and trim’.
This is the best beard trimmer I have ever owned! First off I love the design. I love the ergonomic feel on your hand when trimming and the 360 degree swivel head, while rarely used, can be effective when trying to shave your neckline in the mirror. The ceramic blade is super shape and stays that way with the free bottle of lubracant they give you. The only down side I can say is there is no way you remove the head to get the beard trimmings out. But, overall an easy 5 STAR trimmer and a great price at $29.99 at target!
